The book of Ephesians is a letter that the apostle Paul wrote to the church in Ephesus. The Ephesians were primarily Christian gentiles, like me. A church comprised mostly of people who were not born Jewish. As was common for most of the churches whom Paul wrote to, there were a few false teachings in the church in Ephesus. In his letter Paul first establishes the truth of the gospel, then he concludes with instructions for Christian living. Paul urges the church to live in a way worthy of the calling that we have received.
